Should I move to Buffalo to be with boyfriend?

Ok, Me and my boyfriend had been together for three years and living in Laguna Beach, Ca. I lived w/ roomates and he did as well. We have an excellent relationship and having him in my life is a blessing and gives me comfort, sanity, and joy. Well, his friends are very successful in real estate in SOuthern California, and gave him an opportunity to move to Albany, NY to develop real estate for them there. This is a great opportunity for him because his friends truly want to make him money and are giving him 40% of all profits on the properties plus his name is on all the houses. Well- he moved to Albany and I stayed in Laguna and recently moved to Santa Barabara to finish school. He has to stay in Albany for at least two more years and I thought I would take that time to finish school, and then we could be together. Problem is I AM VERY LONELY, and having been used to having him for three years and now being completely alone in a new city is devastating. Should I move to NY?
