Are there any travel agents out there that can help with a trip to Cairo,Egypt in September around the 15th?

I can't pay for the ticket all at once and wondered if there was anyway to pay for it in installments. I was looking for something around $700-$950 total. Last time I went, I found a ticket for $783. It would be great if I could find this again. Thanks!
