Can somebody help me with tomb raider underworld on the wii?

I am at the part with the dude with the four arms and I already lowered two of the arms. this is in level 2 part 2 i think. I got to these statue things of two people holding fans and you gotta twirl them in a circle and there is a line in the middle of the circle...can somebody tell me how to do this puzzle...it is hard.
