If i get a cat, will it be ok livin in a room+closet+window+some1 2 play with alot? som1 in fam is allergic?

It would be fine.. I am doing the same thing. Its the same thing as living in a small apartment, as long as you give it all the things that it needs it will be fine. (litter box, food water, toys) the cat will really love the wondow.. My cat does.... she sits there for hours looking out the window.. She sometimes sleeps there to.. She thinks she is the queen of my room. Its sooo cute!
