If the universe is expanding wouldn't it be possible to find a center.?

Would it be possible to measure the distance between galaxies and the rate at which they are moving apart and if the earth is traveling at the same rate couldn't we tell which galaxies we are moving away from at a faster rate than others and pinpoint a center or where the big bang happened?
