Problems at church. When to question your Pastor?

the pastor should be the FIRST one you should speak to, then IF no response you then go to the elders or deacons.... if still no response you should then go to the whole congregation..God does not do confusion ..... To keep yourself in good standing with God on this, you really should follow the proper steps.... Before doing anything, I suggest a fast and prayer... go in peace.... God bless
