This is my 22nd day post LMP(LMP 17th Oct)..what symptoms should I look for pregnancy?

i dont see any signs like tenderness/fatigue or anything :( :( :( .. i got 'First Response' pregnancy detection kit.. when is best time to use it? keeping my fingers and toes crossed!!! did anyone see any signs around 22nd day? praying , praying and praying..this time of month is so tough to p......
