What should i write in an essay to my mom about eating downstairs when i wasnt supposed to?

So last night, around midnight, i was on the phone with my friend and we were talking, and i decided i wanted some ice cream. so i got some out and i went downstairs to my basement where the computer is, and i did something online, and went back upstairs. later n my mom came downstairs and was like "wheres the ice cream" haha and this whole thing is so stupid but long story short i have to write an essay thing about why i shouldnt of done it and need help on what to say. i have some written already but i need more because i want it to be longer, so she'll be so impressed she'll let me go to my friends house ^.^ lol so i need tips.
