Would Christ be happy with supplying guns to Libya and commanding US troops to protect Afghan opium fields?

Its an interestin question. Now Jesus did turn all the money changers out of the temple which showed he had a fiery side to him however as a man who preached peace and love to his congregation I would have to say that he probably would not be ok with any sort of war on a fellow human no mater what his colour or creed. He would be more likely to go for the diplomatic solution. As for the opium fields and the profit made by other organisations again i would have to say no. Again its the money lenders in the temple isnt it? There are a lot of christians in the armed forces of the world and they have to do as they are ordered but it wont sit well with them. Your point of view is that its all about oil, but what if you look at it as protecting the weak from the oppressor who is gaddaffi isnt that what the bible wants us to do? But its a good question
