What Game is Better AT-43 by Rackham or Warhammer 40k by GW.?

have played Warhammer 40k for years at least for the last (3) three additions but i am starting to get into this new table top game AT-43 by Rackham which has pre painted minatures that you can field right out of the box,and a fun and easy game system. So what do you all think
