I want to go to college overseas, but I can't afford it. Any advice?

I've calculated it down to the exact costs, and it would take about $115,000 to move to and go to college in England, United Kingdom. This, with the current rates, would be approximately 73,500 pounds. This would be enough for airfare, flat rent for the first month, food, etc. until I could find a job, and all of my education costs. Is there any way that I could possibly get a grant for this type of money or several towards it? I do work, but I don't make much, and even if I saved every penny from every paycheck, I would still need a good chunk of money. Any and all advice is appreciated!
