Need advice on a good way to ship a large fragile package from Cocoa Beach,Florida to Houston, Texas.?

I need advice from someone with experience shipping large (90" x 24" x 12", 30 pounds) package from Cocoa Beach,Florida to Houston, Texas. I don't need the fastest of shipping but the most dependable - especially in being gentle with the handling.
