Jay Bruce, Juan Pierre, Willy Taveras, David Dejesus?

Which two guys should I have as my two outfielders? My team has no speed besides for if you pick pierre or taveras. I need speed but i don't know who to choose and should i keep bruce he is in an awful slump. David dejesud has been playing pretty well lately and could be a 20-20 kinda guy. Please tell me which 2 outfielders to keep.
