Is Mike Dunleavy Jr. 1 of the most underrated scorers in the NBA?

I mean ever since he restarted his career here in Indianapolis in 2007-2008 he was a 20+ PPG scorer and this year starting the season midway through the season still feeling the effects of an injury that sidelined him and forced him to play only 18 games this year and he still managed to put up 15+ PPG.
